Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Economy Shipping:**
    - Orders $75.00 and up: Free, 5 to 8 business days
    - 0 lb – 5 lb: $4.90 USD, 5 to 8 business days
    - 5 lb – 70 lb: $19.90 USD, 5 to 8 business days
• Standard Shipping:
  - 0 lb – 1 lb: $6.90 USD, 3 to 4 business days
  - 1 lb – 5 lb: $9.90 USD, 3 to 4 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missed packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. However, we want to help you resolve any issues that arise. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us at aembathllc@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
